I really like IHOP food, but this restaurant was not quite up to par. The service was prompt, but not very friendly. The food was good, and served hot, but the restaurant wasn't very clean. The place needs cleaned and needs better management. The general atmosphere did not make us feel welcome, more like the employees would rather not be bothered with customers. I'll probably go back again, it wasn't that bad, but it's not going to be on my list of favorites.

I go to Ihop late at night a couple of times a week. On several occasions I have seen Tony the manager is asleep in the booth this is not good business. I have seen waitresses have to wake her up to ask a question. Maybe she needs to be on 1st shift.

I love IHOP even though I have had a gastric bypass and pancakes arent on my designated food list but I cheat every once in a while. Most restaurants give Gastric Bypass patients a child plates menu price and they give them that price. IHOP however did not allow this nor did they allow me to order from the kids menu. PROS: Waitress was great CONS: over charged meal
